Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Cold or Heat Therapy, Acupressure, Stretching, Cupping and Ultrasound Therapy, Red Light Therapy.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage is often used to help relieve muscle tension and pain. It may be used on its own, but it is also often used in conjunction with other traditional pain treatments. Therapeutic Massage may also be helpful for helping people deal with symptoms of conditions including:
Anxiety, Depression, Digestive disorders, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Insomnia, Panic disorder, Stress, etc.
Therapeutic massage can help reduce muscle tension, which is why it may help relieve some symptoms that are associated with stress and anxiety.
We combine various modalities and techniques into one great customized, Therapeutic Massage.
Choose between Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Circulatory Massage or Reflexology.
myofascial release
Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy used to treat deep muscular tension, somatic dysfunction, and pain by relaxing the fascia (the fibrous bands around muscles, ligaments, and tendons). The technique requires very firm pressure that stretches and elongates deep muscle tissue, increasing range of motion and circulation.
Myofascial therapy can relieve pain caused by muscular tension, relax tense muscles, and assists natural healing by increasing circulation. Regular myofascial massage is also thought to help break up scar tissue and heal sports injuries, and helps reduce chronic pain (such as low-back pain caused by sitting). The release of myofascial restrictions can help improve your body’s natural alignment and posture, which can be the root-cause of tension and pain.
COLD AND HEAT THERAPY
COLD THERAPY
Helps reduce swelling & inflammation.
Best for acute injuries, migraine, muscle strain and injured tendons.
A cold pack is most effective for acute injuries. Acute injuries are new injuries with swelling, pain or muscle spasms, such as a spasm in your neck, an ankle sprain, injury to your back or sharp pain.
Suggested immediately after an injury (within first 48 hours).

HEAT THERAPY
Helps reduce cramps & relieve tightness.
Best for headaches, menstrual cramps, neck, ankle & back sprains.
A heat pack is ideal for chronic or arthritic pain e.g. joint pain, osteoarthritic Knees or neck pain that isn't caused by an immediate injury. So, if you suffer a flare-up of an existing condition and are in significant pain, treat it as
an acute injury.
Recommended 48 hours after the injury happened
passive and active isolated stretching
PASSIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING refers to any type of stretching activity that uses an applied force to assist in the stretch. The force can be self applied, such as the grabbing of your ankle when you perform a bent knee quad stretch; or, it can be external, such as placing your foot on a side-rail for leverage while performing a hamstring stretch.
ACTIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING is a technique that helps people maximize the effectiveness of stretching without causing the sort of discomfort that keeps a lot of us away from it.
SILICONE CUPPING THERAPY
Silicone cups can help improve circulation, release fascia and relax muscles. silicone cups can be used stationary on a focused area or in motion (stroking sweeps around a tight area of the body). Since they are soft, the therapist can control the degree of suction on a client’s skin. This allows them to adjust the intensity level. If you prefer light pressure massage, you can still benefit from the effects of cupping as well!
Benefits:
The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.
DRY CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy has been proven effective in reducing pain and discomfort in various areas of the body. By creating a vacuum effect, the cups gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, promoting blood circulation and relieving muscular tension. This can help alleviate chronic pain, sports injuries, and even migraines, allowing you to experience much-needed relief.
Recent studies have shown its positive impact on respiratory conditions such as asthma. By stimulating the lungs and improving blood flow, cupping can help decrease the frequency and severity of asthma attacks, enabling you to breathe easier and lead a more fulfilling life.
In addition, cupping therapy has been found to have a calming effect on the nervous system, making it an ideal solution for anxiety and stress management. The cups' gentle suction acts as a soothing massage, promoting deep relaxation and reducing anxiety levels. This natural approach can provide a sense of tranquility and balance, helping you navigate daily challenges with greater resilience.
ultrasound therapy
Therapeutic ultrasound is one of the most widely used physical modalities in the clinical practice of rehabilitation. In particular, therapeutic ultrasound in rehabilitation has a number of uses including the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders such as pain, muscle spasm, joint contracture, and tissue injury. Therefore, it is now recognized as a major therapeutic method in treating musculoskeletal disorders. Essential treatment parameters for therapeutic ultrasound include frequency, intensity, duty cycle, treatment time, and treatment area.
The effect of therapeutic ultrasound via an increase in local blood flow can be used to help reduce local swelling and chronic inflammation, and, according to some studies, promote bone fracture healing.
